We aim to achieve high customer satisfaction, in consequence of our continuous review for improving production efficiency and product quality to reach global standards in the light of modern developments by accepting Elsan family members' contribution to it.

In order to achieve our quality target;
we endeavour to improve our Quality Management system constantly and we're aware it's crucial to our future that Elsan employees understand, are commited to,and work together to carry out this mission.
